The universities accept students both from home and abroad. The average tuition fee for a home student in public universities varies from $100 to $180. In a private universities it varies from $750 to $3750. Admission tests are taken under universities individually. The acceptance rate varies from 1.5% to 8% in public universities and 40% to 100% in private universities.
