Protagonists
The protagonists of Tales of Symphonia are Lloyd Irving, Genis Sage, Kratos Aurion, Raine Sage, Sheena Fujibayashi, Zelos Wilder, Presea Combatir and Regal Bryant. The group's goal towards the end of the game is to reunite the worlds, Sylvarant and Tethe'alla, and to germinate the Great Seed. In the sequel, Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World, the main protagonists are Emil Castagnier and Marta Lualdi. The two journey to gather the Centurion's cores to revive a deity known as Ratatosk who can restore the world's climate back to normal.
