- An error in the payment terminal code for Bank Of Queensland rendered many devices inoperable for up to a week. The problem was determined to be an incorrect hexadecimal number conversion routine. When the device was to tick over to 2010, it skipped 6 years to 2016, causing terminals to decline customer's cards as expired.
