Rocko's cute appendix, who was removed in "Tickled Pinky". He is in Ms.Pancreas's class, in Rocko's body. He wears a blue hat and sneakers much like a real child, Despite his color, his personality and choice of bucket list things, Pinky acts like a normal, male, child.
