List of Raven Series - Series 4 (2005)

Series 4 (2005)

Changes in the fourth series, airing from November 2005, include bolder designs for emblems that have remained as such to the present series, and their increased use in the show, such as the entrance to the Way of the Warrior. The opening theme music, along with music used between challenges, was updated; the number of lives, and rings needed to regain one, was changed to nine.

Kinsa managed to complete the Way of the Warrior this series. Dejan used to hold the record for the maximum lives and rings until Jenwin, of series 9 overtook him, Dejan himself got to fifteen rings and all nine lives. Linma managed to come back from last place in the final Last Stand, having been released from the cages behind the other two warriors, to win the challenge and become Ultimate Warrior. Dejan was slightly ahead of Kinsa by the end of the race - when Linma triumphed Kinsa was slotting in her cylinder but Dejan was turning his to match the pictures. This series was also the first to have all three of the tree warriors making it to the final. In Week 2 Volna completed Snake Pit all by himself after his 2 team mates Gajes and Wilga fell off the board's and he gained a maximum six golden rings and it was the first ever time any warrior had won that many rings Volna shared this record with Simal who beat him in the Pole Climb Challenge and who also gained a maximum six golden rings despite dropping the first and giving a big 'Whoops' sound Simal became the second warrior to ever gain six rings until on Day 5 in Demon Causeway when he gained 4 rings on the causeway and 3 on the golden square which meant he beat the record he had with Volna by gaining a Maximum seven rings which is the most amount of rings any warrior has won which is a record and Simal is the only ever Warrior to gain 7 rings in one challenge. Oddly, in Week 3 instead of 3 Warriors of both genders there were only 2 Female Warrior's (Tharo and Darna) and 4 male (Halat, Malna, Wenra and Linma). In both his heat and his final Dejan beat all of his opponents in Balance Beam; however, when he played it in the final was on Day 2 with all 6 Warrior's and beat every single opponent and it was the second ever time any warrior had managed to defeat all 5 other opponents in a row and then gain 5 rings for winning,While Nosoo being the first. Dejan is also the first warrior to wear the Tree Emblem in his heat and then the Mountain Emblem in his final with Sonlu from Series 5 being the second and Sonos from Series 7 being the third all of which are male warrior's and finalist's

Kinsa was voted best Raven warrior by Rivington Park Independent School in 2008 after watching the series being repeated.

Famous quotes containing the word series:

As Cuvier could correctly describe a whole animal by the contemplation of a single bone, so the observer who has thoroughly understood one link in a series of incidents should be able to accurately state all the other ones, both before and after.
    Sir Arthur Conan Doyle (1859–1930)
