List Of Perry Mason Episodes
The following is a list of episodes for the courtroom drama television series Perry Mason, which aired from 1957 to 1966 in the United States on the CBS television network and starred Raymond Burr as the Los Angeles-based attorney. The title character is a fictional defense attorney who originally appeared in detective fiction by Erle Stanley Gardner.
As shown below, the title of each episode begins with the words "The Case of the...". The plot of each episode is generally the same: Mason's client is put on trial for murder, but Mason is able to establish his client's innocence by dramatically demonstrating the guilt of another character. The murderer nearly always breaks down and confesses to the crime in the courtroom, if not on the witness stand. Many episodes were adapted from the original novels written by Gardner, with some having been adapted more than once.
