Boundary Changes

The 2007 report of the Boundary Commission for England retained the same seven constituencies that had existed since the 1997 election, with minor boundary changes to align with current local government wards and to better equalise the electorates. These changes were implemented at the United Kingdom general election, 2010.

Famous quotes containing the word boundary:

If you meet a sectary, or a hostile partisan, never recognize the dividing lines; but meet on what common ground remains,—if only that the sun shines, and the rain rains for both; the area will widen very fast, and ere you know it the boundary mountains, on which the eye had fastened, have melted into air.
    Ralph Waldo Emerson (1803–1882)

Setting limits gives your child something to define himself against. If you are able to set limits without being overly intrusive or controlling, you’ll be providing him with a firm boundary against which he can test his own ideas.
    Stanley I. Greenspan (20th century)
