  • University of Dayton Arena and Kansas City, Missouri have hosted the most tournament games.
  • New York City has not hosted an NCAA Tournament game since 1974; in addition, the current Madison Square Garden (33rd Street) has never hosted an NCAA Tournament game. All NCAA Tournament games held in Manhattan were hosted at the third Madison Square Garden, which was located on Eighth Avenue between 49th and 50th Streets. Madison Square Garden will host an NCAA Regional in 2014.
  • Las Vegas has never hosted an NCAA Tournament game, and is the largest city in the U.S. to have never hosted.
