Jose Marti MAST 6-12 Academy is a Miami-Dade Magnet school which is a Math and Science Technology Academy. It is located in Miami, Florida. Jose Marti's Magnet program is for Grades 6-12. Jose Marti's mascot is the Silver Knight. Their colors are Blue and Silver.
The school was founded in 1924 by Robertson Olsen. It was originally a high school and later became a middle school. Unlike many area schools, Ponce has block classes (3 periods a day alternating) rather than 6 classes a day.
