Zarathos is a demonic being in the Marvel Comics universe. Created by Roy Thomas, Gary Friedrich, and Mike Ploog, the character first appeared in Marvel Spotlight #5 (August 1972). Zarathos is bound to Johnny Blaze to form the Ghost Rider.
