• Chakradhar Swami – Indian philosopher, Founder of Mahanubhava Sect in Vaishnavism in 1267
• Changdev Maharaj – Commonly known as Changa Deva, was a mystical yogi turned saint who is believed to have lived in the village of Vateshwar along the banks of the Tapti River
• Sant Dnyaneshwar – (1275–1296) – Vedic Saint from Alandi
