Synopsis: Itchy is hitting Scratchy — relatively gently — on the head with a mallet. Itchy laughs each time as Scratchy says "Ow". At the end they both say "Kids! Say no to drugs!" and smile. This is considered one of the episodes when Itchy doesn't kill Scratchy.
(This extremely tepid episode of I&S is the one that prompted Bart and Lisa to write their own episodes.)
