Future sessions
125th Buenos Aires, Argentina 2013 2020 Summer Olympics host to be announced. Jacques Rogge is to step down as president due to term limits and a new IOC President will be elected during the session. The IOC will consider adding new sports to the 2020 programme.

127th Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia 2015 2022 Winter Olympics host to be announced.
