Unnamed Lan Evo Team
This team, composed of two Mitsubishi Lancer Evolutions, challenged Project D on Tsuchisaka. They race for money, and they win by all means necessary (including cheating). When they were defeated by Project D, they asked a bunch of bozozoku gangsters (see below on 'Minor characters') to beat them up. Little did they know that these gangsters they called were actually from the Gunma area (the base of Project D), and former subordinates of Keisuke Takahashi. As a result, for the humiliation, the gangsters turned on the losers.
