Veronica Palmero (Aimee Garcia) is the name of George and Angie's wealthy, spoiled niece, whose trust fund was left under George's care after the passing of her mother. In order to help his incompetent but attractive neice, George attempts to teach Veronica responsibility by helping her find a job in the factory, though his efforts were often thwarted when Veronica seduced the male workers (particularly Ernie) into carrying out her duties for her against her uncle's will. Other attempts at educating Veronica in responsibility before leaving her inheritance in her care included her enrollment at college, where she sparked a romance with her married professor, who obsessively started stalking her in vain in order to earn back her heart even after their relationship had ended.
