This is a list of cricket grounds in England and Wales, including both Test and county cricket grounds. The grounds included in this list have held at least one first-class, List A or Twenty20 match. Some of these matches have been Test matches, One Day Internationals and Twenty20 Internationals. Some grounds have also hosted Women's Test cricket, Women's One Day Internationals and Women's Twenty20 Internationals.
Cricket has been played for many centuries in England and Wales. The first definite mention of cricket anywhere in the world is dated c.1550 in Guildford, with the earliest known grounds to hold a major cricket match dating from the mid-1700s and playing host to many historical teams, early county teams and individual XIs.
Teams are listed here within their historical counties that existed as administrative counties before the 1972 Local Government Act. For example, grounds in Cumberland and Westmorland are today within the county of Cumbria, but for archiving purposes are listed as being in Cumberland or Westmorland.
