The Cajun Fox is a fox obsessed with cooking. He kidnaps Muriel in order to make a stew, using her as the final ingredient, but he ends up falling into the pot of stew himself when Courage falls on top of him and Muriel just as he is about to throw Muriel into the pot, making a "Cajun fox stew" instead.
He wears oval-shaped sunglasses that hide his big, bulging eyes. He was a part of an anti-Courage group whose aim was to kill Courage; after the episode, he was presumed dead when Courage's yell created a massive fissure that swallowed him and five other villains up.
