Barows
The Barows clan was once the most powerful of all the nobles in Falena, though the Godwins have been steadily rising in power. Arshtat's father, Kauss, was a member of the Barows clan and married into the royal family. Rainwall is their base of power; Haud Village, Estrise, and Sable all fall under the Barows sphere of influence as well.
During the Armes Invasion, the lands of the Barows suffered most. Not surprisingly, they favour a more open trading agreement and friendship with Armes, since having the nearby border would allow the Barows to profit from such a deal.
