Dominic was a soldier, and later a capo in the Lupertazzi crime family. He attended Phil Leotardo's welcome home party after Phil's recovery from his heart attack and later attended a hostile sit down between Tony and Phil. He also participated at the meeting in the Flatbush bikini waxing store when Phil's underboss Butch DeConcini and consigliere Albie Cianflone decided who was to be killed when Leotardo decided to "decapitate" the Soprano crime family and do business with what was left.
