Quasi
A background character who is basically your typical hunchback ogre monster. He is friends with Casper and gets stuck with the job of turning on and off the lights and ringing the school bell, the latter he hates doing. In one episode it is revealed that Quasi wants to be a professional ballet dancer but is unable to because he has two left feet. He speaks with a French accent. Quasi is inspired by Quasimodo from The Hunchback of Notre Dame.
