  • “First Singer To Perform The Olympic Hymn in Mandarin”
On February 29, 2008, Ho had the honor of performing the Olympic Hymn, which was sung in Mandarin for the first time ever, during the officiating ceremony of “Olympic Philately & Cultural Tour” launched by The Beijing Olympics. Held at the grand Royal Theatre within the famed Forbidden City, Ho was accompanied by a choir of Overseas Chinese from 16 different nationalities, performing before the key leaders of the International Olympic Committee, many important officials from the Ministry of Culture, Chinese Olympic Committee and the Beijing Organizing Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad.
  • “Charity Ambassador of Love” for Shanghai 2007 Special Olympics Games
In August 2007, Ho was conferred the title of “Charity Ambassador of Love” for Shanghai 2007 Special Olympics Games. Together with China’s pop singer Sun Nan, Ho performed the official theme song at the Special Olympics Charity Gala and recorded a music video for the song too.
  • “Music Ambassador for the 2008 Olympic Songfest”
On June 11, 2007, Ho was named Music Ambassador of Olympic Songfest for the Beijing 2008 Olympics Games by the Beijing Organization Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad at a ceremony held in Beijing Jiaotong University. Her role as the ambassador involves inspiring university students all over China to write songs for the 2008 Olympics Games.
  • “First Singaporean Singer To Top American Billboard Dance Chart”
In the 2006’s Singapore Book of Records, Ho was named the first Singaporean singer to top the American Billboard Dance Chart. Two of her singles, “One With You” and “Without Love” have subsequently reached Number One positions on the American Billboard Dance Chart and the UK MusicWeek Club Chart.
  • “Asia’s Top 50 Most Admired Personality 2004”
On August 30, 2004, a poll conducted by Singapore’s Lianhe Zaobao, readers of the morning daily voted her the 3rd “Most Admired Personality in Asia.” She is Number One on the list for the “Most Admired Female Personality in Asia.”
  • “President’s Challenge 2004”
Ho was invited by the President’s Office to sing the theme song of the annual President’s Challenge entitled “Reach Out with Love.” This is a nation-wide charity drive to raise funds for social agencies all over Singapore. On August 28, 2004, Ho performed before the President in a concert of more than 15,000 people.
  • “First-Day Cover Stamp Series”
To commemorate her contribution to the China Children’s Foundation, Ho was featured specially on a First-Day Cover Stamp-series in June 2004. She is the first celebrity outside of China to be given this honour.
  • “China’s Charity Ambassador of Children 2004”
In appreciation of her philanthropic efforts, the All China Women’s Federation named Ho as “China’s Charity Ambassador of Children 2004” in June 2004.
  • “CHCSA Awarded ISO 9001:2000 Status in 2004”
Ho is the Honorary Founder-President of CHCSA, a humanitarian/social welfare agency helping more than 6,000 needy and under-privileged people in Singapore. On April 29, 2004, CHCSA was awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification in recognition of its excellent quality services and management standards.
  • “Asia’s Top Movers and Shakers 2003”
In premier international magazine Asia Inc., Ho was featured in the December 2003/January 2004 issue as one of Asia’s “Under-50 Movers and Shakers.”
  • “Asia’s Top 50 Most Admired Personality 2003”
On September 10, 2003, in the poll conducted by Singapore’s Lianhe Zaobao, readers of the morning daily voted her the 8th “Most Admired Personality in Asia.”
  • “Yahoo! Singaporean of the Year 2003”
On August 15, 2003, Ho was voted one of the “Top 10 Most Talked-about Singaporean” by Yahoo! Singapore.
  • “Asia’s Top 50 Most Admired Personality 2002”
On September 11, 2002, a poll conducted by Singapore’s Lianhe Zaobao, readers of the morning daily voted Ho the 9th “Most Admired Personality in Asia.”
  • “Top 20 Winners’ Circle 2002”
In the August 2002 issue of Singapore’s ELLE magazine, it honored Ho as one of the “Top 20 Individuals” instrumental in changing the lives of Singaporeans in 2002.
