The Golden Globe Awards are awarded annually by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. Madonna has been nominated seven times, both as an actress and as a songwriter. She has won two awards, Best Actress – Motion Picture Musical or Comedy for her role in Evita (1996) and Best Original Song for "Masterpiece" from W.E. (2012).
