  • Fangzheng (traditional Chinese: 方證; simplified Chinese: 方证; Mandarin Pinyin: Fāngzhèng; Jyutping: Fong1-zing3) is the abbot of Shaolin. He is highly revered in the wulin for his prowess in martial artists and morally upright character. Believing that it is Linghu Chong's karma to learn the skills in the Yijin Jing, he lends the latter the Yijin Jing manual. Linghu masters the skills and heals himself of his internal injuries in the process.
  • Fangsheng (Chinese: 方生; Mandarin Pinyin: Fāngshēng; Jyutping: Fong1-sang1) is Fangzheng's junior.
