Leni's Model Management (formerly Quintessentially Models) is a UK-based modeling agency that was launched in March 2008 by Eleni Renton. It was a part of the global luxury lifestyle brand, Quintessentially, until June 2009. Its offices are on Old Street in London.
Leni's Model Management is a boutique agency representing only female models and claims to be the first "ethical" modeling agency, refusing to represent any size zero models.
The agency works closely with a number of British organisations, including The Organic Pharmacy, Core London and B-eat (an eating disorder charity in the UK) to help ensure that its models stay healthy. The agency also pays for nutritional advice for all of its models in an attempt to encourage long-term health awareness. The agency has also participated and organised debate around other weight-related issues within the fashion industry, such as retouching.
Leni's Model Management has secured prominent advertising campaigns for its clients such as Elizabeth Arden for Natalie Loren, Agent Provocateur for Mala Bryan and Pantene for Cynthia Kirchner. The agency has also worked closely with both ASOS.com and Marks & Spencer to collborate on model competitions. One such competition led to Laura Zielinski being chosen as "the new face of M&S +DD lingerie".
