Lending Club

Lending Club is a US peer to peer lending company, headquartered in San Francisco, California. It is the first peer-to-peer lender to register its offerings as securities with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and to offer loan trading. As of November 5, 2012, Lending Club has originated over 1 billion USD in loans, and averages $2.7 million in daily loan originations.
