Liberty Middle School

Home of the Patriots.

Liberty Middle School is headed by Principal Benjamin Luis, Assistant Principal Erin Revious and Learning Coordinator Stephanie Tischmacher. Liberty Middle School is located at 1000 Liberty Way in North-Western Lemoore, California. Liberty was built as a 7th and 8th grades only school in order to ease overcrowding in the existing Middle and Elementary Schools. It was first opened to students for the 1994-1995 school year. Liberty currently serves 630 seventh and eighth grade students. Liberty Middle School also boasts an outstanding band, and until recently had an athletic program that was second to none. Former Patriot athletes include David Ausberry, receiver for USC, and NCAA Wrestling Champion Chris Pendleton.

Famous quotes containing the words liberty, middle and/or school:

The man who takes the liberty to live is superior to all the laws, by virtue of his relation to the lawmaker.
    Henry David Thoreau (1817–1862)

When you’re alone in the middle of the night and you wake in a sweat and a hell of a fright
When you’re alone in the middle of the bed and you wake like someone hit you in the head
You’ve had a cream of a nightmare dream and you’ve got the hoo-ha’s coming to you.
    —T.S. (Thomas Stearns)

It’s a rare parent who can see his or her child clearly and objectively. At a school board meeting I attended . . . the only definition of a gifted child on which everyone in the audience could agree was “mine.”
    Jane Adams (20th century)
