The Legislative District of Kalinga is the current representation of the province of Kalinga in the Philippine House of Representatives.
When it was still a sub-province, Kalinga was represented as part of the now-defunct first district of the undivided Mountain Province from 1916 to 1969. Upon the division of the Mountain Province in 1969, the sub-province of Kalinga became part of the province of Kalinga-Apayao, which elected its own representative from 1969 to 1972. Kalinga-Apayao was represented in the Interim Batasang Pambansa as part of Region II from 1978 to 1984, and elected one representative to the Regular Batasang Pambansa in 1984.
Kalinga-Apayao retained its lone congressional district under the new Constitution which took effect on February 7, 1987, and elected its member to the restored House of Representatives starting that same year. Kalinga was granted its own representation following the ratification of Republic Act No. 7878 on May 8, 1995, which separated it from the sub-province of Apayao. The province began electing its own representative in 1998.
