Legazpi, Albay
The City of Legazpi (Bikol: Ciudad nin Legazpi; Filipino: Lungsod ng Legazpi) is a component city and capital of the province of Albay and in the Bicol Region in the Philippines. The city is also the regional, political, medical, educational, transportation and administrative center of the Bicol region. It is also the largest city in the region in terms of population with 182,201 inhabitants according to the 2010 census.
Legazpi is known as the "City of Fun and Adventure" and is one of the most recognizable cites in the Philippines as it is the location of the Mayon Volcano, one of the most popular icons and tourist destinations in the Philippines.
