Russia
Imports and sales of Salvia divinorum, Argyreia nervosa and Nymphaea caerulea are banned in Russian Federation effective from April 17, 2009. The ban has been effected by chief sanitary inspector and the plants have not yet been included on the official list of banned substances maintained by Federal Service for Narcotic Control.
