The Leeds University Business School (LUBS) building (also known as the Maurice Keyworth Building) is a 19th-century renovated building previously belonging to the Leeds Grammar School which is situated on the tip on the Western Campus of the University of Leeds, located 1 mile (1.6 km) north of Leeds city centre. It is within walking distance of both the city centre and Headingley, where many students live. It occupies the former buildings of Leeds Grammar School, together with purpose-built new buildings.

The university have also constructed further modern buildings on the business school area of campus including the Leeds University Business School Innovation Hub; costing £9.3m. The building is an award-winning three-storey building of 4350 m2 (gross capacity), with the third floor accommodating the Innovation Hub. In 2009, to co-inside with their 125th birthday, the site also saw the construction of the new Marks & Spencer archive, with the company moving over 60,000 Marks & Spencer artifacts and pieces from London to Leeds, the home of the company. The Michael Marks building will also feature a university bookstore.

Further developments on the site of the business school and Western Campus include the development of the new £12m Faculty of Law building, which upon completion will see the transformation from the site housing the business school exclusively, to the new professional campus wing of the university.
