LDAP Account Manager is a webfrontend for managing various account types in an LDAP directory. It is written in PHP. In contrast to tools like PhpLDAPadmin the focus is account based and to give the user a more abstract view on his directory. This enables people with little technical background to manage LDAP data. The base application is licensed under the GNU General Public License and there is an extended version available under a commercial license.
Famous quotes containing the words account and/or manager:
“Then he looked up at his disciples and said: Blessed are you who are poor, for yours is the kingdom of God.
Blessed are you who are hungry now, for you will be filled.
Blessed are you who weep now, for you will laugh.
Blessed are you when people hate you, and when they exclude you, revile you, and defame you on account of the Son of Man.”
—Bible: New Testament, Luke 6:20-22.
“I knew a gentleman who was so good a manager of his time that he would not even lose that small portion of it which the calls of nature obliged him to pass in the necessary-house, but gradually went through all the Latin poets in those moments. He bought, for example, a common edition of Horace, of which he tore off gradually a couple of pages, read them first, and then sent them down as a sacrifice to Cloacina: this was so much time fairly gained.”
—Philip Dormer Stanhope, 4th Earl Chesterfield (16941773)
