Retail Tenants
Retail stores are found on the first and second levels of the building. Elevator and escalators provide access to these floors.
The anchor stores are Canadian Tire, Fitness One (women-only gym), Zellers (will become a Target), and Fortinos.

Only Target (April 2013) and Canadian Tire occupy two floors and have escalators and elevators linking them. Canadian Tire's upper mall entrance was closed off during renovations during the late 2000s.

There are many vacant retail spaces on the upper floors due to lack of customers, as most customers frequent stores on the lower level. The mall faces competition from Yorkdale Shopping Centre and big box stores at Dufferin Street and Wilson Avenue, which offer more quality options.

Hudson's Bay Company has a small office building at the rear of the mall, but it is not part of the mall complex.
Outdoor parking is limited to customers with a two-hour time limit. There is no overnight parking on site with gates closed at entry points from Lawrence Avenue and blocked off at Blossomfield Drive. Underground parking in the rear are for tenants and requires used of an access card.
