Lauren Fix co-hosts Talk 2 DIY Automotive on DIY, providing demonstrations and tips for auto repair. Lauren has appeared in several magazines including Redbook, USA Today, and Woman's World. She hosted the television show local TV networks called Car Smarts and has been featured on several national television shows including: Oprah, Fox News, 20/20, The View, Live with Regis and Kelly and CNN. Lauren Fix is a regular guest expert on CNBC On the Money, with Carmen Wong Ulrich.

She writes a regular Sunday weekly column for The Buffalo News is the primary newspaper of the Buffalo – Niagara Falls metropolitan area, it is the only newspaper owned by Berkshire Hathaway. Her column is called "Car Coach".

Additionally, she is the past automotive editor for "Your Life.com magazine", and the author of Lauren Fix's Guide to Loving Your Car: Everything You Need to Know to Take Charge of Your Car and Get On with Your Life, her 3rd book from St. Martin's Press.

She has been cast in the upcoming independent film Nicholas of Myra and "Coming Home" a Jacob Griswold Production.

Lauren Fix is a member of SEMA SBN Steering Committee and the Aftermarket (automotive) Industry Association. She is also a registered IMPA International Motor Press Association Journalist with credentials.

Lauren Fix is the spokesperson for the non-profit Car Care Council AAIA and the Be Car Care Aware Program.

Lauren Fix is the National Automotive Correspondent for Time Warner Cable, YNN, her segments air twice per week nationally.

The Weather Channel has named Lauren Fix their automotive expert for on-air tips and advice.
