Current Passport

After 1 July 2008 all citizen passports (blue color), which have been issued until 30 June 2002 (containing a glued in photos), as well as passports without an expiration date (beztermiƆa), will not be valid for international travel beginning July 1, 2008.

Citizen passports issued after July 1, 2002, containing a scanned signature and picture, will be valid until the expiration date and do not have to be changed, unless they have expired.

Non-citizen passports (violet color) are valid until the expiration date and do not have to be changed, unless they have expired.

Famous quotes containing the words current and/or passport:

I have come to believe ... that the stage may do more than teach, that much of our current moral instruction will not endure the test of being cast into a lifelike mold, and when presented in dramatic form will reveal itself as platitudinous and effete. That which may have sounded like righteous teaching when it was remote and wordy will be challenged afresh when it is obliged to simulate life itself.
    Jane Addams (1860–1935)

Whenever [Leonard Bernstein] entered or exited a country he would fill in on his passport form not composer or conductor, but musician. Of course people in the press spent a lot of Lenny’s life telling him what he should have done; he should have been a concert pianist, he should have composed more.... And people wouldn’t let him live his own life. But he created his own career, in his own image.
    John Mauceri (b. 1945)
