At Lahat Regency near Pagar Alam city, Pagar Alam Regency there are 1,027 artefacs which spreads in 40 sites in 12 subdistrics. The megalithic sites in Lahat Regency maybe the second largest sites in Indonesia after Sangiran, Central Java with fossils.
