The PKK is listed as a terrorist organization internationally by the European Union and the following states:Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan Canada, Iraq,France, Germany, Netherlands, Kazakhstan, Moldova, New Zealand, Philippines, Turkey, United Kingdom, and United States, Although in EU, Greece refused to comply with the EU's policies in listing the PKK to the list of foreign and domestic terrorist groups.
