Career As A Player
Politis played for Panathinaikos and he won 3 Greek Championships with them (1967, 1969, 1971). In 1969, he was a Cup Winners' Cup semifinalist. He also played for the Greece national basketball team at the EuroBasket 1961, the EuroBasket 1967, and at the 1967 Mediterranean Games.
