As of 2001 India census, Korwa had a population of 6045. Males constitute 52% of the population and females 48%. Korwa has an average literacy rate of 81%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 86%, and female literacy is 76%. In Korwa, 10% of the population is under 6 years of age. It is situated in lush green, pollution free environment. It have all amenities in its own campus such as hospital, shopping complex, auditorium, guesthouse for the visitors and so on. Time to time it also conducted various awareness programme.
