Kopychyntsi

Kopychyntsi (Ukrainian: Копичинці, Polish: Kopyczyńce), is a small town in Ternopil Oblast, Ukraine. It has a population of 7,036 (census 2001). It is the birthplace of Ukrainian chess grandmaster Vassily Ivanchuk and Israeli politician Pinhas Lavon.
