In Kintbury there is the Church of England parish church of Saint Mary, Church of England primary school, post office, corner shop, and a butcher. The Roman Catholic youth retreat centre, St Cassian's Centre, is south-west of the village, between Inglewood and Titcomb. There are three pubs in the village called the Blue Ball, The Dundas Arms and The Prince Of Wales. only the blue Ball and Dundas arms serve food. The Blue Ball has a fired pizza oven in the garden. There is a tennis club, a bowls club, and a football club.
