Its head office was previously in the Kingfisher House in Vile Parle (East), Mumbai. In 2012 Vijay Mallya was trying to sell the Vile Parle Kingfisher House. On 6 July 2012,Kingfisher Airlines paid the salaries to their staff for the month of February.
