Kim Norton (born September 22, 1957) is a Minnesota politician and member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. A member of the Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party (DFL), she represents District 25B, which is composed entirely of the northern portion of the city of Rochester in Olmsted County; located in the southeastern part of the state.
