Names
In some markets, including Europe, Australia and South America, the Bongo is branded as the Kia K-Series as: K2400 / K2700, but also as "Kia Frontier".
The Bongo model for passengers (Mini Bus) is named the Kia "BestA", usually referred to as 'Besta', that unfortunately in Brazil means "beast" (or "stupid").
Right hand drive models are produced in Indonesia (locally marketed as Big-Up), while left hand drive models are produced in Ecuador.

Famous quotes containing the word names:
“A knowledge that people live close by is,
I think, enough. And even if only first names are ever exchanged
The people who own them seem rock-true and marvelously self-sufficient.”
—John Ashbery (b. 1927)
“Tonight there are only the winter stars.
The sky is no longer a junk-shop,
Full of javelins and old fire-balls,
Triangles and the names of girls.”
—Wallace Stevens (18791955)
“It was a poetic recreation to watch those distant sails steering for half-fabulous ports, whose very names are a mysterious music to our ears.... It is remarkable that men do not sail the sea with more expectation. Nothing was ever accomplished in a prosaic mood.”
—Henry David Thoreau (18171862)
