Mathis authored numerous training programs as well as magazine and newspaper articles. His books, 21 Deadly Project Management Mistakes and How to Avoid Them and Dinosaur Tracks: Modern Leadership Strategies for Changing Employee Performance and Behavior, were published by Equippers Press International in 2011 and 2004, respective. He has over 9,000 presentations in his speaking repertoire.
