Being the home team in the SFL 2007, Karachi Bazigar had a decent run in the league round, finising 3rd in the table and hence making the semi-finals. Karachi Bazigar qualified for the final after beating favourites Quetta Zorawar on penalties, but then lost the title to surprise team Islamabad United on penalties. The team was renamed to Karachi Energy F.C in Geo Super Football League 2010 season and won the final against Quetta Zorawar F.C by 1-0
