Kanu Sanyal

Kanu Sanyal, (1929 – March 23, 2010), was an Indian communist politician. In 1967, he was one of the main leader of the Naxalbari uprising. He was one of the founding leaders of Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) (CPI(ML)) formed in 1969. He committed suicide on 23 March 2010.
