Cost of Living
Cost of living is twice or thrice higher than the sister cities like Podili and Darsi. One reason for higher costs could be, there is no nearest town to buy the daily needs, and also lack of competitive business environment. As it's transforming into a municipality, the land rates are dramatically increased from the past 10 years.
