In the morning, trains to Melbourne depart from Platform 1, while Bendigo trains depart from Platform 2, this reverses in the afternoon. Long distance services to Swan Hill do not stop at Kangaroo Flat.
Platforms 1 and 2:
- Bendigo line - V/Line services to Southern Cross
- Bendigo line - V/Line services to Bendigo (1 service per day extends to Echuca)
