However around 50 interstate and international football referees that are nominated through their local referee federation/ body attend the tournament as part of the Kanga Cup Referee Youth Academy (KCRYA). International referees and accessors mainly come from New Zealand but in 2010, former English Premier League Referee, Peter Walton came to the tournament. Famous quotes containing the words match and/or officials:

The upbeat lawyer/negotiator of preadolescence has become a real pro by now—cynical, shrewd, a tough cookie. You’re constantly embroiled in a match of wits. You’re exhausted.
    Ron Taffel (20th century)

To name oneself is the first act of both the poet and the revolutionary. When we take away the right to an individual name, we symbolically take away the right to be an individual. Immigration officials did this to refugees; husbands routinely do it to wives.
    Erica Jong (b. 1942)
