K. B. Sahay
Krishna Ballabh Sahay (Hindi: कृष्ण बल्लभ सहाय) (31 December 1898 – 3 June 1974) was a freedom fighter, who after independence became the Revenue minister of Bihar and then went on to become the Chief Minister of unified Bihar.
